A BILL to repeal article one-b, chapter twenty-nine of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, relating to the commission on interstate
cooperation.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 1B. COMMISSION ON INTERSTATE COOPERATION.
§1. Repeal of article relating to commission on interstate
cooperation.
Article one-b, chapter twenty-nine of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
